The most significant change I have noticed has been my relationship with food. In the last three months I have learned how to plan ahead, how to shop appropriately, how to read hunger signals and have healthy options available. The biggest tangible change...has been the realization of how good I can feel when eating clean and how quickly that change can occur. Shannon is passionate and educated in her field. It is helpful to have a coach to listen and encourage while teaching me how to help myself.
