Two 45 Minute Private Coaching Sessions with Me
These sessions are the most fun part of “The Healthy Chick”! This is where we get specific, and personal (don’t worry, I won’t ask you who your secret celebrity crush is or anything). I’m talking about learning about your routine, your lifestyle, any health-related hang-ups you might have, and your history with food.
Then we start plotting and planning! Like any good detective, I’ll use these sessions to figure out what topics and changes you should focus on during your time in the program so that we can catapult you towards energetic, glowing health.
These sessions will be recorded, so you can refer back to them at any time!
Personalized Routine Changes
You’ll leave each of the coaching sessions with 1 to 3 bite-sized adjustments to your lifestyle to work on until our next session. This is where the magic starts to really work!
During this 20 minute session, we’ll review all the amazing changes you’ve made to your routine and make sure that they’re working for you and your lifestyle.
